Ondřej Moučka
Ondřej grew up in the Czech Republic, but since his gap year after high school, he has rarely stayed in one country for longer than two years. Currently, he is doing an internship at a NATO training and research centre in the Netherlands, but not so long ago, he was studying international business in Finland. And since geopolitical issues interest him far more than financial spreadsheets, next year he does not plan to work at Morgan Stanley but instead to pursue a second degree, this time in political science. He wants to focus on conflict zones around the world and play with the idea of becoming a diplomat one day. Beyond that, he enjoys slow travelling, hiking for sunrise views, drinking green tea, or persuading people that sauna and swimming in cold water afterwards are about as good as life gets. The thing about him is that you never know where he will be or what he will be doing next month. That’s because he rarely knows himself. His spontaneity is as strong as his love for Discover, where he returns every year – this time as a coordinator with Fred!
