Stela Demova

Stela comes from a small village in northern Moravia, Czech Republic. After working as a model during high school, she decided to change fields and follow her long term interest in human biology, behaviour and evolution and enrolled at Masaryk University to study Anthropology. She has also recently started studying Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the same university to gain more complex view on nature and human’s place in it. Other than that, she enjoys discussing or reading about interdisciplinary research topics and various scientific problems with philosophical overlap. She loves to share her interests with others and participates in projects aimed to educate children about ecology. In her spare time, she is either hiking, doing yoga or trying to crochet.
